In the past years Russian Section of the Cheminformatics and QSAR Society took part in the organization and execution of:

• Seminars of Russian Section of the Cheminformatics and QSAR Society (8-10 seminars each year).
  
  
• Symposia “Bioinformatics and Computer-Aided Drug Discovery” in the framework of the annual Russian National Congresses “Man and Drugs” (1996-2011).
  
  
• Organization of Section “Bioinformatics” in the framework of Moscow International Congress «Biotechnology: State of the Art and Future Trends » (2006-2011).
  
  
• Fourth International Symposium on Computational Methods in Toxicology and Pharmacology Integrating Internet Resources (CMTPI-2007), Moscow, Russia, September 1-5, 2007.
  
  
• Special course “Bioinformatics and Computer-Aided Drug Discovery ” for the graduate students of Medical & Biological Faculty of Russian State Medical University (fall semester, each year).
  
  
• Participating of Russian researchers in the International European Symposia on Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships (each two years).
  
  
• Review of papers in the International and Russian specialized journals (QSAR & Combinatorial Science, Journal of Chemical Information and Modelling, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Journal, Biomedical Chemistry, etc).
  
  
• Informing the Russian members of the Society on worldwide activity in the fields of Chemoinformatics, Bioinformatics, (Q)SAR, Molecular Modelling and Computer-Aided Drug Discovery (on a regular basis).
  
  
• Exchanging information with the International Board of the Cheminformatics and QSAR Society (on a regular basis).
